Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Monterey Park, CA
Duration: Contract
Responsibilities:
Assist customer service staff in resolving customer issues online.
Coordinate with factory technical staff to manage the sorting, testing, and basic repairs of returned electronic products (e.g., EV Chargers, E-Bikes) in the USA.
Respond to technical emails and perform troubleshooting.
Requirements:
No college degree or electrical engineering license is required.
Basic knowledge of electrics and hands-on ability in disassembling and repairing electronic products.
Experience in appliance repair is preferred.
Basic communication skills in English or Chinese; bilingual candidates are preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
